1. TERMS
The following terms written in uppercase letters will have the meanings below, unless expressly provided otherwise:
- Green Camp or „Provider”: Refers to SC Glamping Nehoiu SRL, with headquarters in Sat Varlaam, No. 70, Gura Teghii Commune, Buzau County, registered at the Bucharest Trade Registry under no. J10/559/2017, tax code 37514850, phone number +40 735 94 99 22, email address [email protected], and bank account RO02BTRLRONCRT0394240601, opened at Banca Transilvania.
- Contract: Refers to the remote mutual agreement between the Provider and the Buyer regarding the purchase of one or more Services or Service Packages by placing an Order through the Platform and its acceptance by the Provider, in compliance with legal provisions and the terms and conditions for the online provision of Green Camp services.
- Platform: Refers to the website owned by Green Camp, hosted at ofertegreenstg.wpenginepowered.com, using Green Camp’s logos. Through this Platform, Green Camp presents the services offered, and Buyers can select and purchase Services/Service Packages using the accepted payment methods. The Platform is also used for processing and managing orders and recording payments related to these services.
- Order: Refers to an order placed by the Buyer through the Platform, expressing their commitment to purchase one or more Services/Service Packages under the terms outlined in this document or agreed upon with Green Camp through a remote communication channel.
- Services/Service Package: Refers to any services offered for purchase by the Buyer, available for a fee through the Platform.
- Newsletter: Refers to a periodic electronic communication (via email, SMS, or other remote communication methods) regarding Services and/or promotions run by the Provider or its affiliates during a certain period.
2. ORDERS / PRICES / PAYMENTS / ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE / CANCELLATION
- Service prices and details for validating service package bookings are displayed on the Platform and include the costs of all publicly presented services.
Payment methods:
- Advance Payment: Due upon acceptance of the terms of this contract.
- Full Payment: Due no later than 7 days before the start of the contracted service package.
The payment method will be customized for each package.
The minimum number of participants is specific to each package.
Reservations can be made via the website ofertegreenstg.wpenginepowered.com, by phone at +40 735 94 99 22, or by email at [email protected]. A reservation is considered confirmed upon payment of the advance and receipt in the account of Glamping Nehoiu SRL.
3. RESERVATION CANCELLATION
Reservations can be canceled via a written or phone request, followed by written confirmation from us, based on the following conditions:
- Up to 15 days before the chosen start date: We can issue a voucher equivalent to the amount paid, usable anytime during the season (May 1 – September 30) of the same year.
- Between 15 and 5 days before the start date: 65% of the paid amount can be converted into a voucher.
- Less than 5 days before the start date: The paid amount is non-refundable.
Special cases with valid documentation will be discussed individually.
In emergencies or force majeure events preventing Green Camp from offering contracted services, attempts will be made to reschedule, with the following adjustments:
- If the new period’s rates are higher, Green Camp will cover the difference.
- If the rates are lower, the difference will be compensated with additional services.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days.
4. PRICES
The prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed prices remain valid for 5 business days, during which the Client must pay the advance.
Custom rates will apply for group events or team-building sessions.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
Accepted payment methods include:
- Bank transfer
- Card payment
- Cash
6. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
- Check-in: 14:00 – 21:00
- Check-out: By 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
7. CHILDREN POLICY
No additional accommodation costs for children under 12 sharing existing beds with parents. Meal and activity costs will be communicated at the time of booking.
8. PET POLICY
Pets are allowed but not inside tents, except for small animals accommodated in their owners’ crates. Large dogs must be leashed outside tents. Green Camp’s on-site dogs are large, friendly, and accustomed to guests.
9. RESTAURANT – BAR SCHEDULE
- Breakfast: 09:00 – 10:30
- Lunch: 13:30 – 15:00 (optional)
- Dinner: 19:30 – 21:00
- Bar: 09:00 – 23:00
10. FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY
Consumption of personal food and drinks is permitted only on tent terraces, not inside tents or in the restaurant area.
11. SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is allowed in open areas (tent terraces and restaurant terrace). Smoking inside tents is strictly prohibited.
12. PERSONAL BELONGINGS SAFETY
As accommodations are tents with limited access restrictions, it is recommended not to leave valuables unattended.
13. DATA PRIVACY
By contacting us via email or the website, you consent to future communication about promotions or events. You can opt-out at any time. Photos taken during events may be used for promotional purposes, but you can request their removal.
14. ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
We prioritize eco-responsibility. Guests are encouraged to conserve resources such as electricity and water.
15. CODE OF CONDUCT
Guests displaying inappropriate behavior or causing disturbances may be asked to leave.
16. DISPUTES
We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If not possible, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Bucharest courts.
17. FINAL CLAUSES
Guests are deemed to have accepted these terms upon booking or requesting services.
18. TERMS MODIFICATIONS
The policy may be updated without prior notice.
